This is a great opportunity for you to join a supportive and collaborative team as we expand our presence in FP&A Coordinator (Centralized services)On this role you will be primarily engaged across centralized end-to-end processes with focus on quality consistency and control point across data entries and systems. Additionally by leveraging Microsoft tools such as Excel SharePoint and others our team focuses on efficiency and optimization where site contracts and manage all Sales Orders including creation issuance and ongoing accurate and up-to-date project records based on signed contracts. Collect review and upload project data implement updates throughout the study lifecycle and identify opportunities to improve internal with toller sites external partners and on-site teams to ensure accurate and timely invoice daily invoicing for service milestones and product/service and approve invoices prior to processing by the Billing and resolve invoice discrepancies and queries to support efficient Accounts Receivable cash customer inquiries or complaints ensuring prompt and effective resolutionEnsure data integrity across multiple internal and ExperienceBachelors degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualificationPrevious finance-related experience that provides the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 1 year) or equivalent combination of education training & experienceKnowledge Skills AbilitiesUnderstanding of general Financial concepts in accounting billing and/or financial managementFluency in English - strong written and oral communications skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Excel Detailed-oriented personality with analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude;Handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality of work;Service-minded attitude and ability to adapt to changes;Eagerness to work in a global team supporting various types of activities;Previous billing experience would be considered as an advantageExperience with SAP & Catalyst (preferred not required).What we offerAt PPD clinical research services we hire the best develop ourselves and each other and recognize the power of being one team.
