About the opportunity

The Program Coordinator provides operational oversight of the design coordination and evaluation of high-quality programs including the Student Ambassador Program advancing the Universitys future student and recruitment objectives. Working collaboratively across the Recruitment and Engagement portfolio the role implements established strategies into practical initiatives that enhance future student experience and decision making and strengthen conversion throughout the recruitment journey. With a strong focus on planning and continuous improvement the role ensures programs are data informed scalable and aligned to institutional priorities.

What youll do:

  • Coordinate the delivery of high-quality sustainable programs that support the Recruitment and Engagement portfolio.
  • Track and evaluate program performance using data insights and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment and Engagement team to analyse business needs and tailor programs to meet the needs of key business areas.
  • Play a supporting role in staffing key internal and external local University events.
  • Build and maintain relationships both internally and externally with key stakeholders and external specialists.

  • Strong organisation and time-management skills together with a demonstrated ability to work with competing demands prioritise work tasks and be flexible in responding to changing work priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as the capacity to work independently with initiative problem solving ability and accountability on projects.
  • Proven experience with coordinating programs that deliver cultural change and leads to improvements in customer experiences or employee experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently influence outcomes at all levels of organisations and liaise with people of various skills experience and background to achieve win-win outcomes.

Salary details

Appointment to this role will be at HEO 6 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $116872 pro-rata comprising base salary within the range of $92120 to $99891 plus 17% superannuation.
