Job Summary
Location: Melbourne or Sydney
Were looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys learning collaborating and making an impact. Reporting to Head of Growth Marketing youll support digital marketing events CRM and content activity across our A/NZ Growth Marketing team. Youll help keep our systems data and assets running smoothly so campaigns land with clarity and consistency.
What youll do
- Support event planning and delivery including logistics asset readiness and postevent followup.
- Partner across Sales Sales Ops and Marketing to maintain accurate CRM data segmentation and reporting.
- Contribute to content creation and publishing across web email social and other digital channels.
- Coordinate content calendars and timelines to keep projects on track.
- Help with reporting optimisation and postcampaign insights.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external partners to help deliver integrated campaigns.
Qualifications :
What youll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12 years experience in marketing ideally in B2B tech or financial services.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks maintain attention to detail and work proactively.
