Analista de Soporte Técnico de Sistemas

En Catalent estamos buscandounAnalista de Soporte Técnico de Sistemas para nuestra planta productiva de Loma Hermosa.

Principales Responsabilidades:

Comprender los problemas de tecnología del usuario y proporcionar soluciones.

Investigar evaluar y proporcionar soluciones técnicas. Identificar alternativas y presentar recomendaciones que satisfagan las necesidades del usuario y cumplan con los estándares establecidos.

Interactuar con los clientes para procesar solicitudes de servicios básicos y/o resolver problemas técnicos.

Reemplazar y reconstruir los componentes de hardware según sea necesario.

Instalar / eliminar / configurar aplicaciones básicas de software.

Administrar cuentas de usuarios.

Cumplimiento de las directrices de compra de licencias.

Coordinar las relaciones de proveedores de soporte local.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los parches del sistema y los requisitos de AV.

Soporte y solución de problemas de aplicaciones generales del sitio. Soporte general de redes telecomunicaciones y servidores.

Asegurar que todos los tickets se actualicen y cierren de manera oportuna. Escalar llamadas al Líder del equipo Servicio de campo y / u otros equipos según sea necesario.

Competencias Clave:

Buen conocimiento de computadoras periféricos y accesorios asociados. Sólida comprensión de las aplicaciones informáticas personales (MS-Office Visio Outlook etc.). Buen conocimiento práctico de aplicaciones empresariales redes e infraestructura de servidores.

Orientación al cliente.

Buenas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas con gran atención al detalle.

Fuertes habilidades interpersonales con excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

El Candidato:

Estudiante de carreras afines a Sistemas.

Nivel Intermedio/Avanzado de Inglés.

Experiencia en posiciones similares.
