This position provides management and expertise in the areas of quality as it relates to colleagues medical staff and inpatient and outpatient services for Saint Agnes Medical Center. This role leads and coordinates the planning implementation and evaluation of clinical process related to quality safety and regulatory compliance. The incumbent will leverage clinical information technology process design change management and evidence-based leading practices to support optimal quality outcomes and improve data-driven performance. This position also supports specific initiatives related to external certification or recognition as reflected in the organizations strategic quality and safety priorities.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelors degree in Health Administration Nursing Business or a related field is required. Masters degree is preferred.
2. Five (5) years of clinical or educational experience in one (1) or more areas of Healthcare Quality is required. Experience in decision-making leadership and in-depth knowledge of strategy development and deployment of quality management tools safety management and training and development in regulatory preparations and oversight is required.
3. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Practitioner (NP) Physician Assistant (PA) or Medical Doctor (MD) in the State of California is preferred.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to present information in a confident clear concise and articulate manner is required.
5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products including Excel and PowerPoint and various other computer software products is required.
Pay Range $51.83 - $77.72
