Responsabilidades

Actuar como socio estratégico de People para el negocio y miembro del equipo de liderazgo funcional.
Impulsar el desempeño organizacional a través del desarrollo de talento diseño organizacional y gestión del cambio.
Asesorar a líderes en temas de relaciones laborales compensación y gestión de talento.
Garantizar la correcta ejecución de procesos y servicios clave de People en la función.
Ser enlace con equipos regionales/globales y servicios compartidos de People.
Promover una cultura organizacional sólida alineada a políticas y objetivos del negocio.

Requisitos

6 años de experiencia en People.
2 años como HR Business Partner.
Licenciatura en Administración Ingeniería o afín; MBA deseable.
Inglés Avanzado.
Disponibilidad para viajar (30%).
