Peake Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic position that includes participation in an AAOMPT-aligned Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship.
This is a paid salaried clinical role with structured mentorship protected education time and a full caseload in a high-level orthopedic and sports medicine environment. The position is ideal for clinicians who want to accelerate clinical reasoning manual therapy skills and movement-based care while maintaining meaningful 1:1 patient care.

Fellowship Training Opportunity
The selected therapist will participate in Peake Physical Therapys Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship powered by the Institute of Manipulative Physiotherapy and Clinical Training (IMPACT).
The fellowship is ACOMPTE-accredited and structured to meet AAOMPT Fellowship Educational Standards supporting progression toward the COMT / FAAOMPT pathway.
Fellowship Emphasis
- Movement system diagnosis and treatment
- Integrated motor control and progressive loading strategies
- IFOMPT-informed clinical reasoning and risk assessment
- Case-based mentoring and reflective clinical practice
- Advanced orthopaedic manual therapy including peripheral and spinal manipulation
Fellowship Structure Includes

- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Maryland
