Senior Consultant - Health Management Consulting

As aSenior Consultant you will manage consulting teams in the delivery of strategic programs with a deep understanding ofpopulationhealthand care managementworkflows industrytrends andregulations andcare management vendors landscape all for our clients benefits ofoptimizingmedical costs and driving down the cost of care. Infosys Consulting focuses on technology-enabled business transformationoptimizationand growth programs.

Responsibilities:

• Health ManagementConsulting and Strategy:

• Collaborate with clinical andcare management clientstoidentifyopportunities for improvement in areas such as Utilization Management (UM) prior authorization Case Management (CM) Disease Management (DM) Care Management and Appeals and Grievances.

• Analyze complex clinicaland care managementscenariosidentifypotential risks and develop strategies tooptimizepatient outcomes.

• Support the design and implementation of effective care management programs aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changes to ensure our solutionsremainrelevant and effective.

• HEDIS Quality Stars and Risk Adjustment:

• Collaborate withrisk and qualitymanagementclientstoidentifyopportunities for improvement in areas such asHEDISmeasures Qualitymanagementand Starsratingsimprovements.

• Bring an understanding of analytics solutionsused toidentifyimprovement opportunitiescreation of business cases target KPIsandmeasuresbenefitsachieved both qualitative and quantitative.

• Lead and contribute to the implementation ofbusiness and technologysolutions thatmanage and improveHEDIS measures QualitymanagementStars and risk adjustment.

• Support testing efforts to ensurea smoothand successful implementation.

• Participate in user training and change management activities tofacilitateadoption of the newsystem/solutions.

• Leadership and Communication:

• Lead mentor and coach project teams to drive successful implementations.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams includingprogram/project managersbusiness analystsarchitectsdevelopers and stakeholders.

• Communicate complexbusiness andtechnical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Manage client expectations and resolve issues efficiently.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalentpreferably in Business Administration Healthcare administration/management or related field. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• 5 years of professional experience inhealthcareindustry working for ahealthcareconsulting services organization and/orcombined with healthcareindustry also considerlessprofessionalexperiencewithaMastersdegreein ahealthcare-related field or MBA.

• Specialized knowledge and work experience inpopulation health clinical consulting and/orhealthcare management UM PACM DMand Care

• Specialized knowledge and work experience inHEDIS Quality Stars Risk Adjustment consulting and solutions implementation.

• Experience withbusiness andtechnical solutionsimplementations.

• Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple localstateand national client locations.

• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this roleat this time.

• Must be a Resident of an Infosys Consulting Hub Locations( YorkNew Jersey Atlanta San Francisco)or mustresidein city that is within a2-hourdriving distance from one of these hub locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating businessobjectivesto system requirements

• Experience leading strategic and tactical discussions withclient VP andDirectorlevels

• Industryexperiencesworking directly at a managed care fee for service and/or government health plan organizations is a plus

• Masters degree in healthcare-related field or MBA is preferred

• Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma PMP and/or Agile preferred

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in CA NJ and NY will be $130000 to $177000
