Job Summary
Would you like to step into a businesscritical interim finance leadership role overseeing global operations during a period of transition Youll lead a junior team manage multinational finance functions and partner closely with the MD. Ideal for a handson solutionsdriven finance leader who can start immediately and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Oversee full global finance operations during a senior leadership gap
Lead manage and support a team of three junior finance assistants
Manage multicurrency and multinational financial processes
Oversee global payroll across multiple time zones
Act as a key operational finance partner to the MD
Maintain financial stability compliance and continuity during transition
Sign off on financerelated decisions with appropriate authority
Drive handson problem solving in a fastpaced highaccountability environment
Coordinate closely with internal teams globally for seamless operations
Provide leadership across daily finance activities and highvolume workflows
Support a transparent nonhierarchical highperformance culture
Ensure smooth handover once permanent internal hire is appointed
Skills & Experience:
Proven peoplemanagement experience within finance teams
Experience in multinational multicurrency environments
Strong operational finance capability with handson leadership style
Ability to work across global time zones and manage highvolume workflows
Commercial judgement with authority to sign off on decisions
Comfortable operating in a fastpaced highpressure highaccountability environment
Track record in SMEs scaling businesses or noncorporate broadscope environments
Qualification:
Recognised finance qualification (CA(SA) or equivalent preferred)
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
