Overview
Your role
- Accept requests for new applications and challenge requirements where necessary
- Monitor maintain and upgrade applications on the servers
- Create reports on License usage based on logs generated by Application setup
- Configure and support 3-tier architecture-based applications
- Maintain and improve relevant processes
- Contribute towards knowledge building within the team
- Liaise with other teams to achieve solutions in a quick and efficient way

- Good communication skills and interface well with the business line and senior management
- Customer focused with an analytical approach to problem solving
- Team player working with others to provide quality service
- Flexible in working on rotational shifts
Application Lifecycle and Patching: Technical Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019
- Excellent knowledge of SCOM System Center Operations Manager
- Excellent knowledge of software metering rules queries reporting etc
- Ability to use PowerShell scripting for automation
- Experience working on SQL servers with advanced querying
- Knowledge of application logs and crash log analysis
- Ability to independently diagnose troubleshoot debug and resolve application issues
- Understanding of enterprise-level Application Licensing methodologies (FlexLM DSLS LMX CodeMeter etc.)
- Experience configuring licensing firewall settings
- Liaise with other teams to achieve solutions and resolve issues
- Expertise in resolving application network licensing and standalone license configurations
- Work to agreed SLAs using a call management system including OLAs for packaging
- Working knowledge of web servers like IIS Apache Tomcat
- Data analytics using PowerBI
- HTML JavaScript CSS
- Prepare documentation such as known errors solutions major incident reports
Educational Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or Science
