The Role
The Implementation & Activation Manager is a critical role over-seeing activation of client campaigns to ensuring best-in-class delivery for clients consistently whilst also shaping effective efficient creative and future facing implementation plans and media schedules for clients to deliver business growth.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Cultivate strong trusted relationships with clients at an intermediate level as it relates to implementation planning & activation.
Proactively recommend tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives.
Confident in your knowledge of media planning principles (e.g. scheduling flighting recency effective reach theories seasonality market prioritisation roles of all communication channels) and strong ability to utilise proprietary and industry tools to enhance and support planned recommendation.
Oversee the construct and presentation of insightful and progressive post analysis reports.
Motivate and empower direct reports to achieve individual team and organisational goals.
Conduct fortnightly 1:1 check-ins annual Career Conversations and Annual Performance Reviews with direct reports.
Collaborate closely with your manager to identify collate and showcase examples of great work from within the team both internally and externally.
Be a positive face of the agency at industry events either related to clients category or our media partners.
