Job Summary:

Leidos is seeking a Systems Engineer with expertise in Linux/Windows environments FORNSAT systems and system requirements development. Supports design integration documentation and stakeholder coordination to deliver technically sound missionaligned solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems including software installation and FORNSAT system network/software configuration.
• Support maintain and monitor FORNSAT and collection systems to ensure reliable and accurate data flow.
• Evaluate user needs and system architectures to define develop and manage system requirements.
• Lead system design development integration and implementation efforts; advise users on requirements and potential solution paths.
• Produce technical documentation engineering plans and related system artifacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve crossdiscipline issues and maintain the technical integrity of all deliverables.
• Participate in design reviews program reviews and integrated product team activities.
• Develop refine and allocate system requirements including those related to information assurance and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of Systems Engineering experience in comparable roles.
• Bachelors degree in systems engineering Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Science Engineering Management or a related discipline.
  • Alternatively: 5 additional years of Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree

• Security Clearance Requirement - Active TS/SCI with polygraph
