Job Summary
Specific Duties/Accountabilities:
- Install commercial refrigeration systems and related equipment to manufacturer specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints technical diagrams and other documents related to installations.
- Perform regular service and maintenance of commercial refrigeration units ensuring optimal performance.
- Be safety-conscious by adhering to OSHA guidelines and practicing proper safety protocols on all job sites.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive cooperative work environment.
- Improve installation and brazing techniques continually to enhance efficiency and quality of work.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear friendly and professional communication.
- Stay up to date on services and solutions offered by the company.
- Work diligently to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Basic Qualifications:
- General building and tool experience is required.
- Ability to travel out of town and work nights when needed.
- Commercial and/or supermarket refrigeration experience is preferred.
- Brazing experience is preferred.
- Strong desire to learn grow and take on additional responsibilities.
- Willingness to perform all aspects of supermarket installation.
- A certificate from a technical or trade school is a plus.
