Job Description:
Mad Science is the worlds leading provider of fun science programs for elementary-ages children. We are looking for a self-motivated detail-oriented and reliable team player that would like to join our team in the role of an Recruitment Associate. You would be working in a fast paced environment where communication and interpersonal skills are highly coveted.

Job Summary:
This individual will support Mad Science of Milwaukee Detroit and Northern Illinois by sourcing posting screening interviewing recommending and cultivating candidates through the application process.
The person will also work closely with the Mad Science Management team to refine existing application systems and processes to ensure diversity equity and ensure we are hiring only highly qualified team members.
The right person for this job is organized outgoing persistent flexible and would be available to complete the majority of their work during varied daytime hours (2-5 hours per day M-F) 15-20 hours per week occasionally on a Saturday. Additional opportunities for extra hours exist for candidates who would like to work full-time hours 35-40 per week are available working in our operations and marketing teams.
You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the application process including but not limited to maintaining ongoing communication with candidates issuing decisions to candidates and scheduling 2nd interviews.
You must have a professional voice be computer literate and comfortable on zoom calls.
You must be able to attend periodic job fairs in the Milwaukee area.
Recruiting experience is not necessary but is a big plus.
The job can be remote friendly once training in our office has been successfully completed. Must be able to drive to the Mad Science office in New Berlin at least one day a week.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
