Job Summary
ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW:
The Victory Center is a nonprofit nonsectarian center that provides education and services for children and families affected by autism and related disabilities. The programs and interventions utilize the evidence-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and are provided in a 1:1 to 3-5:1 student/teacher ratio within a classroom setting. Our mission is to provide outstanding evidence-based educational services to individuals with autism and related disabilities in a caring and nurturing environment to help them achieve their individualized goals.

- Collaborate with a team of educators and therapists to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and document student progress providing regular updates to parents and stakeholders.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students ensuring inclusivity and engagement.
- Facilitate small group and one-on-one sessions to maximize student learning and development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices.
- Communicate effectively with families to build trust and encourage active participation in the educational process.

- RBT Certification preferred.
