Service Advisor Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally in the Drive Lane
Oversee service orders and ensure efficient flow of work from write-up to completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process
Clearly explain vehicle concerns recommended services warranties and repairs
Provide accurate cost estimates and timeframes for services and repairs
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely completion of work
Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair status and additional service needs
Ensure technician time is scheduled and sold efficiently
Assist with warranty administration and documentation
Maintain Customer Satisfaction/Customer Success Index scores at or above company standards
Reinforce company policies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and manufacturer guidelines
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Qualifications
Organized friendly and customer-focused personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Previous automotive service advising experience preferred
Demonstrated record of customer satisfaction and service sales success
Professional appearance and demeanor
Team-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
