Ira Ford Saco is hiring an Experienced Ford Service Advisor to join our high-performing service department. This role is ideal for an Automotive Service Advisor with dealership experience who excels at customer service communication and managing repair orders in a fast-paced environment.
As a Service Advisor you will be the primary point of contact between customers and the service team ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from check-in to delivery.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
Collect customer and vehicle information and document concerns accurately
Clearly communicate vehicle symptoms to technicians
Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age mileage and service history
Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor
Schedule follow-ups and coordinate loaner vehicles as needed
Monitor repair progress and provide timely customer updates
Review completed repair orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
Explain all repairs services and charges to customers upon vehicle delivery
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an automotive service department required
Previous Ford dealership experience preferred
Prior experience as a Service Advisor Assistant Service Manager Lane Manager or Service Consultant
Strong automotive knowledge and ability to identify service needs quickly
Proven track record of high customer satisfaction
Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software and systems
Positive energetic and customer-focused attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
