What Youll Do:

Provide comprehensive hygiene care: prophylaxis scaling and root planing.
Educate patients on oral health prevention and treatment plans.
Take vital signs X-rays apply sealants/fluoride and assist with treatment coordination.
Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
Collaborate with doctors and teammates to deliver excellent patient experiences.

What Were Looking For:

Current North Carolina Dental Hygienist license (or pendingnew grads encouraged to apply!)
Strong clinical skills with a compassionate patient-centered approach.
A true team player who values collaboration.
Reliable and ready to start the day by 7:45 AM.
Dependable flexible and detail-oriented.

Key Competencies:

Patient assessments (medical history charting perio charting).
Preventive and routine hygiene procedures.
Treatment plan documentation and explanation.
Patient education (oral home care prevention diet).
Instrument sterilization and compliance with safety protocols.
