Location: Fort Worth TX (This is an on-site position. Candidates must work from our office location.)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $40750 - $49860 per year
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Associate to join our this dynamic role you will be the face of our brand engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our store. As a Retail Associate you will ensure that our aisles are well-stocked the store is clean and inviting and customers leave with a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Provide product information and recommendations to help customers make informed purchases.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and ensure displays are well-maintained.
- Assist in inventory management including stock counts and order requests.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail is a plus.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
