Summary
The Marketing Intern supports the execution of core marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility engagement and business growth. This role provides hands on exposure to real world marketing operations within a collaborative fast paced environment where curiosity creativity and learning are encouraged.
The intern works closely with the Sales and Marketing team contributing to both strategic initiatives and day to day execution. This position is designed for a motivated student who wants practical experience across digital marketing content creation event coordination and performance tracking while representing the organization with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop marketing materials that align with established brand guidelines ensuring consistency in messaging tone and visual identity
- Plan support and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing events including logistics promotion and on site support
- Capture edit and produce short form video content for social media internal communications and web use
- Identify and contribute ideas for new marketing opportunities and initiatives
- Track and compile performance metrics across marketing channels to support reporting and continuous improvement
- Participate in monthly Sales and Marketing team meetings and contribute to collaborative initiatives
- Learn and utilize marketing platforms such as HubSpot Canva CapCut and VistaSocial
- Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team as needed
- Represent the brand with professionalism in all internal and external interactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and search engine optimization
- Ability to work responsibly with confidential information

Work Environment and Schedule
This role operates primarily in a professional office setting with most time spent indoors. Occasional exposure to noise or activity outside a standard office environment may occur. The position is a full time temporary summer internship with standard business hours Monday through Friday typically 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasional travel to other facilities may be required.
