The Executive Assistant (EA) provides highlevel administrative and operational support to senior leaders enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a senior leader
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings events and large group sessions
Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
Proactively and independently support recurring meetings including scheduling preparation and followup actions
Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries and logistics
Collect data conduct basic research as required and establish and maintain accurate records and filing systems
Support daytoday operational activities and complete adhoc assignments as needed
You encourage open communication with a diverse group of collaborators and team members. You readily take action on challenges without unnecessary planning. You have a track record of exceeding goals successfully.
For This Role You Will Need:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role preferably within a multinational or complex organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel (pivot tables) PowerPoint and Word
An adaptable proactive and selfmotivated approach with a strong service and professionalism mindset
