Responsibilities of the Business Process Analyst 2 include but are not limited to:
Gathers and analyzes information and data gathers and analyzes business requirements recommends solutions and performs user acceptance testing.
Works closely with stakeholders such as Scratch-Off ticket and Draw game subject matter experts.
Provides crucial support to various Ohio Lottery Commission Offices including Product Innovation Finance Sales Racino Operations and Marketing.
Assists with gathering gaming system data and analytics.
Assists in supporting the Internal Control System balancing and reconciliation systems and Internal Agent Database.
Supports the growing library of Scratch-Off and Draw Online games including:
o Scratch-Off game loads verifications and testing.
o Implements Draw games from initial specifications to product delivery which also includes updates promotional requests and content verification.
o Reviews and verifies updates and communication methods for gaming system hardware gaming terminals and peripherals.
Supports and tests a variety of cashing applications utilized by customers.
Tracks and resolves gaming system vendor incidents.
Develops project management skills.
A solid knowledge and understanding of software development processes procedures user acceptance testing methods and tools is important.
Works as part of a team to accomplish goals and objectives.
Learns and acquires new skills through attendance at trainings workshops and conferences.
Assists in the mentoring of Business Process Analyst 1s.
Performs other duties and works on special projects.
