Job Summary

Hybrid work schedule;; onsite every 3rd day.

Description:
BA2 gathers and analyzes information from stakeholders business owners customers and management to determine needs expectations project requirements and priorities for implementing information technology (IT) processes and solutions.

During the interview process with the staff the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resources experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offerors proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.

4. Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.

7. Have the ability to facilitate a session with non-technical stakeholders and facilitate requirements gathering sessions without the onsite of a project manager or technical expert.

8. Have strong understanding of prioritization stemming from the elicitation of system and/or user requirements.

9. Have excellent organizational skills proven analytical planning problem-solving and decision-making skills and with the ability to break down complex business needs into actionable requirements.

10. Adaptability and openness to feedback in an Agile environment

11. Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language.

Must have maintained project documentation in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps or JIRA	Required
