Program Manager Day Habilitation
Full-Time Opportunity Available!
Arc of Onondaga is looking for a dynamic Program Manager to lead one of our Day Habilitation programs within our Community Supports division. Be part of a forward-thinking team thats redefining how supports are delivered to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Youll hire train and support a team of Direct Support Professionals while creating engaging person-centered programming. If you enjoy leadership creativity and making a real impact wed love to hear from you!
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Services or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Valid NYS drivers license with an acceptable driving record
