The Plant Manager leads Home Energys assembly operations at Rehlkos Hattiesburg Campus overseeing production strategy safety quality delivery and cost performance. This role is responsible for capital and capacity planning budgeting and continuous improvement across all areas of the operation.

Specific Responsibilities
Lead assembly operations to achieve safety quality delivery and cost objectives.
Set clear departmental metrics review performance results and take corrective action when needed.
Plan and oversee production schedules budgets and major capital expenditures.
Partner with campus maintenance to ensure effective preventive maintenance programs.
Lead coach and develop Production Supervisors and Manufacturing Engineers ensuring role clarity and consistent communication across teams.
Foster collaboration and alignment with Supply Chain Quality Finance HR EHS Maintenance and CI teams to meet plant goals.
Maintain strong daily contact with plant teams production planning and other site leaders to review performance and address risks.
Collaborate regularly with corporate functions product engineering and other Home Energy business partners to improve quality reduce cost and share best practices.
Champion continuous improvement and process optimization to eliminate waste increase efficiency and enhance flexibility.
Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements including the Clean Air Act and related standards.
Build external partnerships as needed including suppliers and other Rehlko manufacturing sites.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management Business Administration or a related technical field.
Minimum of 7 years of manufacturing leadership experience including at least 3 years in a high-volume or repetitive production environment.
Strong leadership background with proven ability to develop and engage teams.
Experience managing plant or production performance and leading major improvement or startup initiatives.
