MDW is seeking an on-site Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for the Global Investment and Economic Security (GIES) Directorate and lead day-to-day execution of a high-tempo multi-mission support effort. This role is accountable for staffing quality delivery cadence and operational continuity across GIES mission lanes supporting DoW industrial base security and economic security priorities.
As Program Manager you will direct and integrate delivery of contractor support across GIES mission areas tied to DoD industrial base security and economic security priorities. This includes foreign investment risk and due diligence case support impacting the Defense Industrial Base; CFIUS-related analytic and coordination support; Team Telecom support; 1260H analysis support and related identification/listing activities; support to domestic mergers and acquisitions and antitrust or anticompetitive transaction reviews affecting the DIB; outbound investment support; ICTS mission support; and mission-aligned economic deterrence and competition efforts including monitoring and review of U.S. defense suppliers and other related analysis and tracking.
This is an on-site role located at the Pentagon/Mark Center in the NCR.
The Program Manager may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties:
- Serve as the on-site PM and primary customer interface representing overall contract performance.
- Provide and manage a trained workforce proficient in general business tools/software due diligence and GIES-specific operations (applications processes SOPs).
- Maintain continuity by actively managing attrition/turnover backfills and ramp plans to keep operations stable while hiring and training occurs.
- Run quality control across GIES support processes and take corrective action when deficiencies are identified.
- Ensure staff training and refreshers keep expertise current and execution consistent with evolving mission needs.
- Produce and deliver a monthly performance status report to the COR.
- Plan and lead quarterly program management reviews covering performance vacancies and get well plans funding accomplishments deliverable status management activities risks and issues (new/resolved).
Required Experience/Skills:
- 5 years portfolio/program/project management experience
- 5 years DoD experience
- 5 years FAR-aligned contract/vendor management
- 10 years managing teams of 40 (onboarding offboarding performance management)
Preferred Experience/Skills:
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in program/project management business management or related field
Clearance Requirements:
- The ability to obtain and maintain an Active Top Secret clearance (requires US Citizenship)
