The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has an exciting career opportunity within the Intensive Behavior Center in beautiful Boulder Montana.

Job Overview: The Intensive behavior Center (IBC) is an intensive short-term treatment facility for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental illnesses. IBC provides an environment for building healthy effective and fulfilling lives so those receiving treatment can live successfully in the community after discharge.

The Quality and Compliance specialist participates as a member of the Quality management team. This position will oversee Therap Services (web-based record keeping system) and its software suite which includes online documentation reporting and communication including modules (progress notes incident reports Medication Administration Records (MAR) utilization reports etc.). This positions responsibilities include quality assurance of online documentation researching developing and implementing new Therap modules and presenting training to staff including documentation database and software training. This position will create prepare and implement new processes to the team that meet requirements of regulatory requirements including reports metrics plan of correction and survey readiness. This position also assists the Compliance/Quality Assurance Manager with ensuring conformance to regulatory requirements contractual obligations and facility policy. Responsibilities include providing quality activities for the entire facility; monitoring implementing evaluating and improving processes and programs that meet regulatory accreditation and standards of practice. This position will conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure that compliance procedures are up to date and followed. This position is intrigual to data collection data input and data analysis. Tracking data in excel therap and other programs is required. Management reports will be prepared for compliance operation and progress.
