Job Summary

Senior Consultant ProviderNetworkConsulting (subject matter expert)

Infosys Consulting isseekingtalented and highly motivated Management Consulting professionals with Healthcare Business Consulting experiencein driving improvements across the Provider domain for healthcare payers. We areseekingahighly qualified leader tojoinourgrowing Healthcare practice at the Senior Consultant level.

As a Senior Consultant you will manage consulting teams in the delivery of strategic programs with a deep understanding ofthe provider domain business processes industrytrends andregulations andprovider solutions experiencesinclude:Providerdatamanagement provider network design curation adequacy provider demographics and credentialing contracts and fee schedules provider financial Consulting focuses on technology-enabled business transformationoptimizationand growth programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic business transformation programs manage program planningexecutionand reporting; responsible for program resources deliverablesexecutivestatus and issues reportingquality stakeholder communication client buy-in program risks mitigations and budgets leading to successful program delivery and clientdelight.

  • Bringsdeep Provider domainskills and experiencesidentifying and implementing improvementsvia consulting services and enabling business/technology solutionsinhealthcare payers.

  • Relevant experiencesinclude:Provider data management provider networkdesignandcuration; provider networkadequacyassessment and improvement;provider demographics and credentialingprocess improvement and solution implementation; provider contracts and fee schedulesassessment and optimizationandprovider financial operations.

  • Engage with key stakeholders; manage day-to-day interactions with clientteams.

  • Conduct interviews/workshops/walkthroughs with subject matter experts and process owners to gather information for analysis recommendationsand forpreparation of projectdeliverables.

  • Develop solutions that enableadoption of digitalcapabilities forhealthcareorganizations.

  • Participate in analyst meetings industry speaking engagements publishwhite papers/viewpointsin leading industry journals.

  • Participate inbusiness development sales and proposal development and Healthcarepractice development activities; coach consultants;participatein consultant training processes.

  • Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple clientlocations.

Basic Qualifications:

Demonstrates proven success inconsulting and project-basedroles and thorough abilities in one or more of the following areas:

  • Strong understanding of thehealthpayer marketandmanaged Medicaid and Medicare lines of businessacross the respective value chains and processes.

  • Specialized knowledge and work experience in the following:

  • Implementing and/or operatingProviderfunctionsin a healthcare payer;provider data management provider networkdesignand curation; provider network adequacy assessment and improvement; provider demographics and credentialing processimprovement and solution implementation; provider contracts and fee schedules assessment and optimization and provider financial operations.

  • Core Administrative platform implementation experience with QNXT and/or Facets.

  • Large program transformation experience in a program director/managerrole driving workstream(s) managing a project team within scope schedule and budget parameters;drivingPMO processes/discipline status issuesrisksmanagement.

  • Strong client communication experience to VP/Director levels.

  • 5 years of professional experience inHealthcareindustry working for a consulting services organization and/orcombined withindustry experiencein a change agentleadershiprole.

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration Healthcare administration/management or related field

  • Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple localstateand national client locations.

  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this roleat this time.

  • Must be a Resident of an Infosys Consulting Hub Locations( YorkNew Jersey Atlanta Chicago Dallas Houston Phoenix San Francisco Los Angeles)or mustresidein city that is within a 2-hour driving distance from one of these hub locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience working directly at a managed care fee for service and/or government health plan organizations is aplus

  • Experience translating businessobjectivesto system requirements

  • Experience leading strategic and tactical discussions withclient VP andDirectorlevels

  • Masters degree in healthcare-related field or MBA is preferred

  • Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma PMP and/or Agile preferred

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in CA NJ and NY will be $130000 to $177000
