Overview
TheCustodianis responsible formaintainingcleanliness of assigned buildings-allin accordance withRackersvision and mission.The Custodian serves as an important part of ensuring the health and wellness of all Racker employees and individuals receiving Racker services.The custodian works independentlyand alsoas part of the Facilities Team to ensure the safetycleanlinessand overall functionality of the Racker facilities.
Hourly Rate: $16.50 - $18.00

Responsibilities
- Routinely clean assigned buildings; sweep dust mop vacuum strip and wax floors on a regular or as needed basis
- Remove trash and recyclable materials
- Clean rest room facilities daily; supply with sufficient paper products
- Wash wallswindowand sills on a regular basis
- Sweep/shovel snow from stairs/walks to building entrances; keep clean from debris
- Check and lock or unlock building entrances
- Assistcustodial supervisor in the completion of duties as outlined under the Facilities Department
- Uphold standards of professionalismwith regard tobehavior and dress
- Assume responsibility for related duties asor assigned
- Ownership/usage ofpersonalsmartphonefor documentation purposes.
