Datrose and RIT have the position for you! You will provide cleaning services across the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) campus. This is a 6 month temp to hire position with the possibility to become a permanent employee. The current shift hours are below starting pay rate of $17.25/hr.

What to expect:
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned work locations. Primary duties include cleaning and maintaining living areas event set-up and tear-down offices hallways classrooms restrooms cafeterias storage areas entrances and lobbies. This also includes emptying garbage cans and recyclables sweeping vacuuming and mopping various types of flooring. This position also includes setting up and removing tables chairs and other furniture as needed for campus events. Other duties could be assigned as needed.
Qualifications for success:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Must have reliable transportation to RIT
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and complete workload in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
