Job Summary

Description

In this role you will impact the overall efficiency of our logistics operations ensuring timely deliveries and optimizing costs while enhancing customer satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a seamless flow of materials and products meeting customer expectations and strengthening our competitive position in the market.

You will report directly to our Senior Plant Director and youll work out of our Olathe KS location on an on-site work schedule.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the execution of logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain from procurement to delivery ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Optimize transportation routes modes and carriers to minimize costs while meeting delivery timelines.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 or more years of experience in logistics management preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation warehousing and inventory management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations candidate must be a U.S. person which is defined as a U.S. citizen a U.S. permanent resident or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
