Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

  • Leads cross-functional sales compensationstrategyand execution projectswhileensuringappropriate collaborationwith senior stakeholders and seamlessimplementation.

  • Supportstheannual sales planning processinclosecollaborationwithWorkplaceSolutionsbusinessplanningefforts.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert on sales compensation anddemonstratesexecutive presenceto effectively influence senior leaders and stakeholdersin navigatingcomplexcompensation topics as they arise.

  • Manages the creation maintenance and enhancement of sales compensation reporting and analysis working closely with sales leaders sales executives and data experts in project settings.

  • Supports salescompensationgovernance committeemeetingsand senior leadership communications including the development of clear effective presentations and memos.

  • Drives process automation and optimization byidentifyingmanualinefficienciesandimplementingtechnologysolutionstogether withbusiness andtechnology stakeholders.

  • Proactivelyidentifiesmanages andmitigatesrisks and any related project issues.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
