Leads cross-functional sales compensationstrategyand execution projectswhileensuringappropriate collaborationwith senior stakeholders and seamlessimplementation.
Supportstheannual sales planning processinclosecollaborationwithWorkplaceSolutionsbusinessplanningefforts.
Serves as a subject matter expert on sales compensation anddemonstratesexecutive presenceto effectively influence senior leaders and stakeholdersin navigatingcomplexcompensation topics as they arise.
Manages the creation maintenance and enhancement of sales compensation reporting and analysis working closely with sales leaders sales executives and data experts in project settings.
Supports salescompensationgovernance committeemeetingsand senior leadership communications including the development of clear effective presentations and memos.
Drives process automation and optimization byidentifyingmanualinefficienciesandimplementingtechnologysolutionstogether withbusiness andtechnology stakeholders.
Proactivelyidentifiesmanages andmitigatesrisks and any related project issues.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
