Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
Provide internal support to sales staff and act as a liaison between departments
Manage accounts receivable accounts payable and inventory related to assigned accounts
Enter and process orders track deliveries and provide supporting documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using sound judgment and critical thinking
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and strong telephone etiquette
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Maintain accurate records reports and documentation
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
35 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism and reliability
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Experience with accounting processes and inventory management required
Experience with ERP systems (such as Sage 100) is a plus
