East Midlands University Officers Training Corps exists to ENGAGE INSPIRE and DEVELOP university Officer Cadets by enhancing their leadership potential while promoting the Armys ethos and career pathways. Its purpose is to ATTRACT the next generation of leaders securing their commitment to serve as officers in the Regular and Reserve Army whilst preparing them to represent the Army throughout their careers and across wider society.
Support the OCs planning resourcing and delivery of the Coy syllabus in accordance with the Unit Training Directive and CCS. | |
Lead mentor and develop Company staff including Reserve Officers Soldiers and JUOs. | |
Contribute to Sub-Unit discipline. | |
Contribute to Sub-Unit health wellbeing and welfare. | |
Facilitate good working relationships through understanding people and effective social skills to support collaboration. | |
Support the OCs planning development and delivery of the annual recruitment programme from ATTRACT through ENGAGE to RECRUIT. | |
Lead or support tasks as directed by the OC or CO in support of unit core business. | |
Identify and mitigate risk at all levels of planning and delivery. |
