The Creative Services team sits within Communications and provides a combination of template-driven and customized designs for a wide range of marketing and other materials used to support the firms business development internal communications and responsible business practices.
The team is comprised of in-house designers and account professionals who work closely with a roster of preferred agencies and freelancers. They collectively act as guardians of the firms brand and manage the Creative Hub a digital asset management system (DAM) with a comprehensive library of images templates and resources that are accessible globally.
Working Hours
35 hours per week 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. Our approach to hybrid working allows for up to 40% of time working from home and 60% working in the officeplease contact a member of the recruitment team to discuss further.
Key Responsibilities
Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure staff location or services. All members of the firm participate in our Responsible
Business program.
Audit the firms Creative Hub library to identify and remove outdated or offbrand assets including photography illustrations icons pictograms wordmarks and motion graphics.
Play a leading role in developing and expanding the Creative Hub asset libraries for each practice sector and the wider firm by producing new image collections illustrations pictograms wordmarks and related brand elements.
Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and support firmwide visual consistency.
Support the design and rollout of revised templates for the firms Creative Hub ensuring ease of use and cross-firm adoption.
Develop and update templates for the firms Foleon platform to align with refreshed brand standards.
Implement the new brand style across a wide range of firmwide materials including PowerPoint templates lobby decks screensavers fact sheets maps and acquisition decks.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create visually engaging presentation material.
Provide up-to-date logo files brand assets and guidance on refreshed colour palettes for teams maintaining the firms existing digital platforms.
Serve as an brand ambassador and internal adviser on visual identity standards ensuring alignment across the firms communications.
Support the production of short-form brand videos motion graphics and animated visual assets.
Work closely with the digital team to supply new artwork for sector and practice webpage headers banners and other digital brand expressions.
Ensure all digital assets are optimized brand-aligned and updated as required.
Skills & Experience
Experience of working in a similar role in a professional services environment or agency/in-house studio.
3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in brand asset creation illustration and visual identity management.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud with knowledge in Photoshop After Effects Adobe illustrator and Indesign.
Experience in working on both a MAC and PC.
Sound knowledge and experience of producing motion graphics and animated content.
Demonstrated experience developing templates iconography and creative systems at scale.
Ability to manage large asset libraries with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Design agency background or proven experience within a professional services environment in a similar role.
A good appreciation of the principles of business development and marketing along with experience in design.
Experience supporting executive communications or leadership-level presentations is desirable.
