Own and execute the overall Oracle Technology Cloud partner strategy in Nigeria (with potential broader West Africa collaboration where required)
Drive measurable cloud consumption growth through strategic system integrators and service providers
Develop and execute joint business plans with managed partners including defined revenue targets pipeline objectives and marketing alignment
Engage at C-level within partner organizations to secure executive sponsorship long-term commitment and loyalty
Recruit and onboard high-potential new partners by analyzing market gaps and identifying incremental business opportunities
Build and track joint pipeline through co-selling motions targeted account strategies and structured opportunity progression
Work with partners to progress opportunities through the full sales cycle from qualification to closure implementation and ongoing consumption
Enable partners through certifications training and solution alignment to help them build repeatable Oracle-based service offerings
Establish clear rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to ensure execution discipline and resolve issues efficiently
Actively track joint pipeline partner performance and cloud consumption to provide accurate forecasting
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and non-revenue targets
Position partner capabilities internally across Oracle stakeholders to maximize alignment and execution
Collaborate with international and global counterparts to ensure alignment with Alliances and Channels standards and corporate initiatives
1015 years of enterprise technology sales or partner ecosystem experience preferably within the Nigerian market
At least 5 years driving cloud or subscription-based technology growth
Proven experience working with system integrators and service providers in the enterprise and public sector space
Strong understanding of cloud technologies particularly IaaS and PaaS
Demonstrated ability to influence C-level stakeholders without direct authority
Experience driving co-marketing initiatives and partner-led sales campaigns
Strong commercial discipline forecasting capability and pipeline management skills
Deep insight into the local IT landscape with an established professional network
Ability to operate effectively in a complex non-routine environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language where applicable)
Degree in IT Economics Marketing Business or related field
