What youll do
The project coordinator positionis an early career marketing agency opportunity to work with a creative interdisciplinaryteam acting as a link between account managers and production departments.

Responsibilities include:

Attend applicable meetings for assigned clients take thorough notes and coordinate action items
Create and manage tickets within agency project management software (ClickUp) ensuring information is up to date and assigned to the correct team member
Oversee the quality of work delivered ensuring it meets both client and agency standards
Share completed work with clients for review coordinating feedback and revisions when needed
Ensure projects are executed on time on budget and on brief
Collaborate with agency teams to manage aligned and compelling multi-channel campaigns utilizing PR digital social media and advertising platforms to deliver maximum impact
Work with the Senior project manager to account for team resourcing workload balance and project prioritization
Keep apprised of all relevant client industry and market developments
Contribute to the overall profitability of the company
Other duties as required

What youll bring to the role

Bachelors degree in marketing advertising or related field
2 years of professional experience preferably in a marketing agency environment
Experience with project management tools (i.e. ClickUp Wrike Basecamp) and the full Microsoft Office suite
Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience:

Junior IC
