Dreaming of the Suite Many of our most successful Wax Specialists started exactly where you areat the front desk! At UPMA Group we love to grow our own. If you have the passion for skincare but arent licensed yet starting as a GSA is the perfect way to learn the business from the ground up while you work toward your Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license. Well be here to cheer you on and transition you into the Hub-let program once youre ready!

What Youll Do

• Own the Sales Cycle: Youll educate guests on our proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to ensure they stay on their beauty routine.

• Create the Experience: You are the Director of First Impressions ensuring every guest feels welcomed valued and hyped for their service.

• Master the Hustle: Youll work in a fast-paced environment where hitting targets is the goal and celebrating wins is the culture.

Scheduling & Availability

• We are currently looking for a leader specifically for our weekend and evening shifts. Consistency is key for our team so we are prioritizing candidates available Wednesday and Friday evenings and weekend mornings.
