This role focuses on program implementation student participation tracking partner coordination and quantitative data collection related to pathway enrollment completion certifications and Pathways Coach works closely with school leadership instructors community partners and the Grants Office to ensure that pathway programming is implemented with fidelity and aligned with grant should reference the job code Ad # Edison AcademyQualificationsBachelors degree required; Masters degree in Education Counseling Workforce Development Social Work or a related field preferredMinimum of three (3) years of experience working with secondary students in alternative education workforce development career pathways or grant-funded programsDemonstrated experience coordinating programs tracking participation and maintaining quantitative recordsKnowledge of workforce credentials certification-based programs and postsecondary or career pathwaysExperience working with community-based organizations training providers or employersStrong organizational documentation and data management skillsProficiency with student information systems spreadsheets and data tracking toolsAbility to work collaboratively with school staff students families and external partnersBilingual skills and experience working in culturally and linguistically diverse communities strongly preferredFlexibility to work non-traditional hours aligned with Edison Academy programmingKey ResponsibilitiesOversee the implementation of grant-funded pathway programs including workforce training certifications and enrichment activitiesCoordinate schedules enrollment and participation for students engaged in pathway programsServe as the primary liaison between Edison Academy and external pathway partners instructors and vendorsTrack student participation attendance credential attainment and completion outcomes using quantitative data toolsMaintain accurate records required for grant compliance reporting and monitoringSupport students in understanding pathway expectations timelines and credential requirementsCollaborate with Edison Academy staff to align pathway participation with academic progress and graduation planningAssist with collecting documentation related to certifications assessments and program deliverablesProvide regular updates to school leadership and the Grants Office regarding program progress and outcomesSupport continuous improvement by identifying barriers to participation and recommending adjustments to programmingCompensationStipend funded through FY26 MassGrad Promising Practices GrantCompensation reflects work completed outside the regular school day including coordination data tracking partner communication documentation and reportingGrant funding will support one (1) part-time position with a stipend of $6000
