Our client is seeking a part-time Personal Bookkeeper to support one individual with both personal and business finances including multiple LLCs and rental properties. This is a highly trusted onsite role offering flexibility stability and the opportunity to become a key financial partner over time.

What Youll Do

Bookkeeping & Accounting

Manage personal bookkeeping and accounting
Oversee mortgages credit cards and bill pay
Reconcile monthly finances for 6 rental properties
Support 3 businesses across 10 total LLCs
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks

Administrative Support

Provide direct support to one individual in a highly trusted role
Handle limited personal administrative tasks (e.g. occasional calls to AmEx booking travel)
Serve as a reliable detail-oriented financial point of contact
