We are seeking anRN Nurse Managerto join ourPediatric Skilled Home Care Nursing team in Tinton Falls NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for aRegistered Nursewith strong clinical skills who is ready to step into anRN leadership rolewhile remaining clinically engaged.
Key Responsibilities
As anRN Manager you will support both patients and nursing staff while ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes.
Lead & Support
- Supervise and mentorRegistered Nurses (RNs) RN Designees LPNs and home health staff
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance for complex cases and urgent situations
Ensure Quality Care
- Complete initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans as aRegistered Nurse
- Utilize the RN Designee visit team to facilitate and conduct supervisory visits ensuring safe effective and family-centered care
Collaborate & Communicate
- Partner with physicians therapists schools and families to coordinate care
- Collaborate with intake and scheduling teams to ensure smooth transitions of care
Grow the Team
- Participate in hiring onboarding training and development ofRegistered Nurse and LPN staff
- Promote best practices in infection control medication safety and patient education
What Were Looking For
- Active RN license in New Jersey (required)
- 2 years of Registered Nurse experience(home care or pediatrics preferred)
- Trach and vent experience or strong willingness to learn
- Strong communication leadership and mentoring skills
- Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits with flexibility for virtual visits
Leadership experience is a plus but not required. This role is ideal for askilled RN Registered Nurse ready to grow into management.
Base Salary: $90000- $95000 / year depending on qualifications
