Job Summary
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a versatile Teacher of Drama & English to join a friendly secondary community in East Finchley. This role offers a unique foot in the door opportunity; should you be successful in this initial period a formal maternity cover will be offered from April 2026.
About the Role This is a temporary-to-long-term position designed for a teacher who wants to build lasting relationships with their pupils.
The Transition: Start February Half Term (4 days/week) to settle in. If successful a maternity cover will be offered from April (3 days/week).
Subject Split: Deliver creative Drama lessons at KS4 and core English at KS3.
The Schedule: Tuesday to Friday until April; moving to 3 days per week thereafter.

Requirements
QTS/QTLS and experience in both Drama (KS4) and English (KS3).
A desire for a long-term role within a highly supportive faculty.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits Daily Rate: Paid based on experience and school discretion.
