Job Summary

The Mission Your clinical environment is about to shift from a high-volume hospital ward to the serene luxury of the Mediterranean. We are selecting an elite nurse for dedicated 1:1 care of an 80-year-old VIP principal aboard a private superyacht. This role demands vigilance and discretion as the vessel charts a course through Europes most exclusive watersfrom the rugged beauty of the Costa Brava and the tranquil bays of Menorca to the glamorous anchorages of Portofino and the Amalfi Coast.

The Team You will be an integral part of a sophisticated medical cell. The department is overseen by a Lead British Doctor ensuring you have constant clinical governance and support. You will work alongside resident Physiotherapists and a hand-picked team of Western-trained nurses ensuring a standard of care that exceeds international best practices.

The Safety Elite healthcare requires a rested and focused mind. We strictly enforce a double-nurse shift system ensuring you have reliable backup and guaranteed periods of rest to recharge and enjoy the lifestyle of the Mediterranean circuit.

The Process We have streamlined the recruitment pathway to respect your current commitments. The entire initial screening is conducted via a secure online interview platform allowing you to complete the vetting process from Barcelona before deploying to the yacht.



Requirements

Requirements

  • Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in Acute Care settings (ICU A&E or ER). You must be capable of independent clinical reasoning.

  • Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English fluency is required.

  • Licensure: Current and unrestricted Nursing Registration (Collegi Oficial dInfermeres i Infermers de Barcelona or equivalent Western license).
