Position:Plant Manager
As Plant Manager youll have full responsibility for leading a manufacturing operation endtoend. Youll shape the culture drive safety and operational excellence and lead continuous improvement efforts that directly influence customer satisfaction and business performance. Responsibilities
Lead the Operation
- Own all aspects of plant performance including safety production maintenance quality warehouse and operational excellence
- Ensure products meet customer specifications through strong quality systems and disciplined execution
- Oversee production planning labor materials inventory and cost control to consistently meet operational goals
Champion Safety & Quality
- Lead and continuously improve plant safety programs and EHS initiatives
- Act as a visible role model for safety quality and environmental responsibility
- Partner closely with EHS and Quality teams to drive compliance and improvement
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Lead Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives including 5S Kaizen TPM value stream mapping standard work and inventory reduction
- Use KPIs and daily management systems to identify trends solve problems and improve results
- Drive root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions
Build & Inspire the Team
- Develop a skilled engaged and motivated workforce through strong performance management coaching and recognition
- Act as a change leader who drives a highperformance continuousimprovement culture
- Ensure regular feedback training and development for all team members
Strategic & Financial Leadership
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets
- Lead capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades
- Support commercialization efforts new product introductions and stagegate processes
- Partner with commercial teams to evaluate new opportunities risks and capabilities

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree strongly preferred (Engineering preferred)
- 10 years of manufacturing or operations experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility
- Prior plant or operations management experience strongly preferred
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Proven success in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement environments
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze performance
- Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills
- Handson leadership style with the ability to work effectively at all levels
