Job Summary
**TITLE:** PT - Orthopedic**SCHEDULE:** Days: Mostly M-F 8am-5pm Shift Type: Days **ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:** Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 **REQUIREMENTS:** - Permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from facility - Local travelers will not be considered **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Provide physical therapy services to patients in an orthopedic setting. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Educate patients and their families about treatment goals and techniques. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. **COMPLIANCE / NOTES:** - Invoices must be sent weekly to (invoices cannot be sent through QuickBooks emails). - Agency timecards are acceptable.
