Job Summary

The opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Claims Specialists to join our team supporting claims management across a large national transport operation. This role plays a critical part in overseeing vehicle property and third-party injury claims while working closely with our insurer partners including QBE.

Youll be involved in:

Managing the end-to-end processing of all claims across Kinetic including motor property and third-party injury.
Acting as the key liaison for QBE insurance- related matters.
Leading and guiding evidence collection and investigation processes.
Managing purchase order and repair shop-related invoices for claims-related activity

The boxes youll tick:

Experience in a similar role preferably in a customer-oriented environment
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to work within a team.
High level computer literacy.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
