The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Experienced or Senior Fleet Program Manager Supply Chain (is non-manager role) reporting to the 767 and Out of Production Manager working out of Everett WA Seattle WA or Seal Beach CA office.

The Fleet Program Manager will serve as the primary supply chain focal for their assigned Airplane Program(s). They will engage with operators suppliers and internal organizations to solve critical fleet supply chain part issues. Fleet Program Manager are operators first line in working with a sophisticated web of suppliers that provide some of the most critical components. Fleet Program Manager engage in customers top reliability safety cost and delivery issues for supplier components.

This role requires a customer centric focus strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution enabling the organizations to improve systems business policies processes and efficiencies to operate as a One Boeing Supply Chain.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk issues and opportunities management.

  • Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies.

  • Support Fleet Chief Office and in-service airline customers to resolve in-service technical and commercial supply chain issues; specifically for vendor proprietary parts.

  • Ensure integration and collaboration with stakeholders including Fleet Chief Office Contracts Customer Support Design Engineering Production Supply Chain Value Stream Integration Warranty and Boeing Global Services (BGS).

  • Utilize supply chain experience to remove roadblocks drive resolution of issues and increase stakeholder trust and satisfaction.

  • Engage with airline customers to improve customer satisfaction operational efficiency and airplane reliability.

  • Be responsible for the management and resolution of top fleet issues for assigned program. Engage in complex technical issues.

  • Use effective communication and project management best practices.

  • Develop supply chain presentation materials for use at Program meetings Fleet Team Conferences Airline Executive Review Meetings (ERM) and Technical Review Meetings (TRM).

  • Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of experience in supply chain or procurement related role (e.g. finance compliance contracts)

  • 3 years of experience working with Supplier Management Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes

  • Experience using and implementing project management best practices and processes (PMBP)

  • Experience working In-Service Supplier Statements of Work (SOW)

  • Able to travel both domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):

  • 5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement related role (e.g. finance compliance contracts)

  • 8 years of experience in supply chain or procurement related role (e.g. finance compliance contracts)

  • Experience in proposal development and contract negotiations

  • Experience creating interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements

  • Experience working across multiple programs and locations

  • Experience managing projects or complex technical issues

  • Bachelors degree or higher

Summary pay range -

Associate (Level 2): $90900 - $106000 USD

Experienced (Level 3): $112500 - $131250 USD

Senior (Level 4): $137700 - $160650 USD
