Job Summary
Bowser Genesis of Monroeville is seeking a customer-focused and motivated Service Advisor to join our service team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people understands the importance of exceptional service and takes pride in representing a premium automotive brand.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with service needs in a professional and courteous manner
- Write accurate and detailed repair orders
- Communicate recommended services timelines and pricing clearly to customers
- Act as the liaison between customers and the service technicians
- Provide updates throughout the service process and ensure customer satisfaction
- Promote maintenance services and identify additional service opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes
- Qualifications:
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic automotive knowledge required; Genesis experience is a plus
- Valid drivers license
