Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with service needs in a professional and courteous manner
- Write accurate and detailed repair orders
- Communicate recommended services timelines and pricing clearly to customers
- Act as the liaison between customers and the service technicians
- Provide updates throughout the service process and ensure customer satisfaction
- Promote maintenance services and identify additional service opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes
- Qualifications:
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic automotive knowledge required; Genesis experience is a plus
- Valid drivers license
