Were growing fast at Clay and recruiting is one of the most important things we do. Were looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us find and hire incredible people across Engineering Product and Design teams. Youll own the full recruiting cycle from first outreach to offer letter and work closely with hiring managers to thoughtfully shape their teams.
What Youll Do
Lead full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of EPD roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define roles shape interview processes and make great hiring decisions
Collaborating with leadership on strategic aspects of recruiting. Success in this role isnt just about filling requisitions but also about quality of hire and designing effective interview processes
Help create a thoughtful consistent and kind candidate experience from start to finish
Contribute to the strategic side of recruiting: interview design quality-of-hire metrics and how we tell our story to candidates
