Key Responsibilities:
Perform data conversion validation and remediate configuration/data issues.
Solution and deliver instance compares so that feature differences can be quickly
realized.
Solution gaps and guide decisions using HRSD/EC Pro and instance merge best
practices. Delivery on solutions.
Be hands-on to quickly address updates.
Educate and provide consulting to HR project team on merge concepts and EC
Pro.
Contribute to weekly status reports.
Demonstrates exceptional team partnership actively collaborating with HR
Technology teammates to drive shared outcomes.
Fosters a positive One Team mindset modeling transparency dependability
and mutual support to create an environment where the broader team can deliver
